We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 7 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below.
Products that can be returned
You can return any product that purchased from the StationeryPro.co.za Website that is faulty (not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described). Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.
How to return a product
Should you wish to return a product to us, contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
Please include the reason for return and the reference number of your order.
We will confirm the pickup of the order from you, collection address, and an estimated date. The collection of items can only occur during business hours Monday to Friday.
The package must be properly packed for the courier company who will collect the item/s from you. Item/s returned to us through your own service provider or by any other means other than a collection instruction issued by StationeryPro to our own service provider, is for your own account.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless faulty. When returning your purchase please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is collected for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be despatched.
We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
Postage & packaging
If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, we will exchange or replace the product at our own expense. Should items that have been returned by you be correct to what was ordered or not faulty, you will be liable for the fees incurred to return the product.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
